Where is your shop and where do you ship from?

Our headquarters are in New York, while our production centers are strategically situated in the U.S., Canada, UK and Europe. Orders are shipped from one of these production centers based on the shipping address provided and the availability of frames inventory.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free worldwide delivery for all orders.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders are generally processed and fulfilled within 3-4 business days after placement. Please note that the processing time for orders is distinct from the delivery duration. Once your order is shipped, you can expect delivery within approximately 2-5 business days.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. This tracking number will allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment in real time.

What shipping services do you use?

We utilize dependable and trackable shipping services like FedEx, UPS, USPS, and GLS to ensure the safe and reliable delivery of your orders.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you would like to modify or cancel your order, please email us at hello@designity.art within 24 hours of placing your order. Since our artworks are made-on-demand, there is a short timeframe before the order gets sent to production. If the order has not entered production, we will be able to change or cancel your order.

Can I change my address?

If you would like to change your shipping address, please email us at hello@designity.art within 24 hours of placing your order. You will receive an updated order confirmation email with your updated shipping address.

My artwork arrived damaged, what should I do?

While we take every precaution to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition, If your order arrives in a damaged condition, please contact us immediately at hello@designity.art. Include clear pictures of the package, shipping label, and the damaged artwork. We'll assist you by arranging a replacement to resolve the issue promptly.

Tracking number shows my package is delivered, but I haven't received the package.

If your tracking information reflects that your package has been delivered but you haven't received it, we recommend taking a few steps:

  1. Confirm the Delivery Address: Ensure that the address provided at the time of purchase matches where the package was delivered. Sometimes, carriers might leave packages with neighbors or in a secure location nearby.
  2. Check for Delivery Notes: Carrier services often leave notes or updates regarding the package's location or any special instructions for delivery. Look for any notifications left by the delivery service.
  3. Contact the Carrier: Reach out to the carrier service directly. Sometimes, they can provide additional details about the delivery or investigate further to locate your package.
  4. Wait a Bit Longer: In some cases, tracking systems may indicate a package as delivered before it actually arrives. Sometimes, there might be delays or errors in updating the status. Give it a day or two to see if the package arrives.

How do I return or exchange my order?

What is the return/exchange window for artworks?

Artworks can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided they remain undamaged and are in their original packaging and format. For damaged items, please reach out to us for a replacement.

How can I initiate a return or exchange?

To start the return process, email us at hello@designity.art with your order number. You'll receive return instructions within 1-2 business days.

Are shipping labels provided for returns?

We do not offer pre-paid shipping labels. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

How do I clean my canvas?

Regular Cleaning

Brush off dirt and debris: Use a soft brush or cloth to remove any loose dirt, dust, or debris from the canvas surface.

Spot Cleaning

For small stains or spots, use a mild detergent diluted in water. Gently scrub the stained area with a soft brush or cloth. Clean the area thoroughly to remove any soap residue.

How do I Hang my canvas?

Hanging your canvas is easy! Here's a simple guide:

  1. Choose Your Spot: Decide where you want to display your canvas. Measure the space to determine the best placement.
  2. Gather Tools: You'll need a hammer, nails, or picture hanging hooks, depending on your wall type.
  3. Prepare the Canvas: Your artwork arrives with a hanging wire and bracket included in the package. Depending on the size of the canvas and your wall type, you can use wire or bracket to hang your canvas.
  4. Mark the Wall: Using a pencil, mark the spot where you want the top of your canvas to hang. Use a level to ensure it's straight.
  5. Hang the Canvas: For wire-backed canvases, hang the wire on the nail or hook. For canvases with brackets, align the top of the canvas with your marked spot and drive a nail or hook into the wall at the appropriate distance below the mark. Then, hang the canvas on the nail or hook.
  6. Adjust: Step back and check if the canvas is straight. Make adjustments if needed.
